 长篇影评

 1 ) 热血教师

一个带着金丝边眼镜,领带衬衫,褐色头发的男人罗恩·克拉克从北卡罗莱纳前往纽约大都市一所中学开始了他新的教师生涯。他年轻充满热情富有创造力。他运用独特的教学规则和革新式的教学方法教育每个调皮的小捣蛋,为家境困难想要念书的女孩打通通往课堂的道路,让有着艺术天赋的男孩得以发挥特长。即使刚从肺炎中解脱出来,克拉克马上投入到他的调皮学生当中。。

 2 ) 信仰第一 规矩第一

         《热血教师》虽然很美国风,虽然国情学情不同,但是信仰教育的人,怎会不燃起身为教育者的自豪感?
     美美地捧着本本,温馨中让我的心受着洗礼,让我的无奈彷徨似乎觅到了方向。

      
      克拉克老师带着他的信仰"BIG DREAM""TAKE RISKS"创造了神话,带领不守规矩目无尊长的小学生取得了全区最高分。究其原因,有以下几点可以学习:

 一.不以规矩不能成方圆。RULES相当重要,虽然开始学生对其嗤之以鼻,但是必须灌输,原则必须遵守,以团结意识使之成为整体,使班中任何人不逾矩,否则便会受到集体的责备,再以“利诱”巩固。

欣赏这些规矩(当然有成功学和美式民主):第一,我们是一家人。(集体观念灌输,这是大前提);第二,我们必须彼此尊重。(因此,互相理解,互相尊重,必须有称呼);基于此二点,才能成行。

二.贴近学生,兴趣引导。

          此点很高明,很重要,要能春风化雨滋润心田才能使人心悦诚服,克拉克老师虽然最初屡屡碰壁甚至甩门而出,但是其信仰和朋友的鼓励使之继续回到课堂,然后就改变了方式。

          方式一,自虐,为了让学生耐心听课,每安静15秒就喝一杯巧克力,喝到反胃。

         方式二,运动,参加别的老师都不屑的双跳,与学生打成一片,虽然在学生面前摔得四仰八叉,但是很可爱。这点似乎丁老前辈就做过。

         方式三,奖惩分明,奖励为主,及时表达,听到他说的最多的就是"I AM PROUD OF YOU"给予学生足够的信心。学生得了A的一根棒棒糖、学期末的小金人颁奖等。

         方式四,RAP式背书,该方法来源于他受到了楼上HIP HOP的骚扰。将美国总统的历史编成RAP,在教室里和着节拍与学生扭成一片,相当自娱自乐。

三.关注问题学生,以心换心

          钦佩于他的敬业和对每个学生的了如指掌,比如说一句话不同学生的反应,谁的好奇最大,谁擅长涂鸦,谁有领导力……他赢取了学生的尊敬,源于他的执著、观察力、信心,并始终抱着许三多式的不放弃精神,不断地给予学生是最棒的,是让我为之骄傲的心理暗示。当学生放弃时,当学生说我们是最落后的,他说不,是领先的,不是失败者。领队人不能放弃,执著如此。

         更钦佩于他对问题学生的关注,其实每个学生都是有潜力,而且孩子更多的是受到了家庭环境的影响。有领导力的萨美卡疲于照顾弟妹,克拉克与其母谈心肯定了其的聪明潜质,说服家长信任自己并让她孩子继续上学多花点时间在功课上。寄养的汉肖姆与老师冲突不断,喜欢涂鸦,卡拉克充分肯定,并鼓励给他补课,当他抱着被打伤躺在下雨小巷中的孩子,感动不已。

          热血教师,趁着我对于教育的热情尚未熄灭,趁着我骨子里不服输的干劲,在信仰的名义下,调整方式和心态,我也许不会那么痛苦和彷徨……

         克拉克点燃孩子们热情,指引他们方向,激发他们的兴趣,由此每个孩子都是可爱的好学的潜力无限的,我们呢?

 3 ) The True Spirit of An outstanding Teacher

    As a teacher in future, I always think about a question, how to be a good teacher. How to improve students' grades, how to make them like studying even though I did not enjoy it? As a student in a normal university, professors always told us that, you should make friends with students, you never be anger in front of students. It is you, teachers' fault rather than students fault when they do not like your class. You are the one who will influence students' life a lot. Therefore you should take the responsibility of the every word and action in class.
     Yes, as a student had been in high for four years, I bear their worlds in my mind, However, when i interned as a Chinese teacher and head teacher in a senior high school for an half and month, not only did i lost my temper in front of the whole class, but also asked several naughty students to go out of the classroom. i intended to rescue the so-called "worst student" out of hell, and ignited his passion of life, however, i gave up when he did not amend his behave a little after several talk i gave him; i gave up when i surrounded by enormous homework waiting for me to correct everyday. i just gave up and made a perfect excuse, it was out of my reach, there were too many students to care about everyone....
     
     How to be a good teacher? What the true spirit of an outstanding teacher? If teacher is so important in every student's early life, and if the attention of teacher can not be paid to every single student, what the teacher should teach their students? Which part of lecturing should be placed in the first priority, how to improve their scores, how to behave as a real educated human, or what?

In fact, the true spirit of an outstanding teacher lies in respect and persistence, just like Ron Clark did in the movie.

Respect means you should always accept what they do, where they are and the mistakes they always make and cannot be corrected at once. Of course, accept does not mean admitting their misbehavior and be blind to what they did. On the contrary, accept means you should not judge them by the set standard. Everyone is unique, so is every single student. The first scene impressed me is that Clark held a student out of a garbage bin, and told him that: see, you can learn something. Maybe that student can not learn as fast as everybody else, but he does can learn something in his own pace. Respecting students can also permit a teacher to break prejudices and make right learning planes according to the diversity of students. The excellent example of it is that Clark made a “crap pop song” to lecture the history of USA. Accordingly, accept where students are and what they can do now allows teacher to see what they can achieve in future, just in their own pace. Furthermore, an outstanding teacher will step further, he does not only accept what his students are, but also try to figure out what is the situation shaping them. Only in this way, Ron Clark can completely understand his students, and a teacher can comprehensive understand his or her students’ actions and feelings. Then the love or help can be appropriate and acceptable. What’s more, a respect teacher can find and seek the real potency inside his or her student. When even student’s parent is convinced of her or his child is a moron, an outstanding teacher still think she is a born leader. In this way, an outstanding teacher is the teacher who can always ignite the fire of hope in his or her student’s dark world.

A famous teacher in china, Wang jinzhan once said, the difference between a good student and bad student lies in how many times they will repeat their mistakes. Therefore, another equally important spirit of an outstanding teacher is persistence. Not a day, not two or three days, it may take even half a year, a whole year to see their change, so an outstanding teacher must be patient. You should tolerate they do wrongly again and again only if they can make progress little by little. I think every teacher must experience the same “lost” as Clark experienced when nobody in class noticed you and obey your rule. They dare to challenge your authority and you feel irritated and finally lost your temper. I did, my tears was almost to burst. Under the situation, it seems that they are your enemy, and no one is in your side. However, when I was about to leave that high school, my class throw a farewell party to me. Watching some of them even cried for me, it is the first time I knew that they were not mean to something bad, they also did not know what to do when things were out of control. Another line touched me much is what the heroine said, you felt lost now, in fact, it is what they feel everyday, and that is where they need you.

 4 ) 他有个人魅力

  看过不少类似题材的影片,都各有千秋。
  马修的这部应该是他的个人魅力的体现吧:为人师表,处事克制,彬彬有礼,对学生从不以世俗的眼光来看--一切符合一位热血教师的形象。
  其实我们都是为了一个肯定而存在。

 5 ) 一个小故事也可以看到欧美价值观和强大之处

热血教师 The Ron Clark Story (2006)

出乎意料的好,开始就一点都不拖沓,两段剧情后直接4年后,4年里教学的内容一点不讲,悬念十足。进纽约的时候一个夜景灯光镜头,很容易就交代出乡下人进大城市的感觉,导演真是讲故事的高手。街上偶然给女服务生打伞后下一个镜头就是自己做侍应生,这节奏我真的是太喜欢了。可能是因为小制作,设备比较简陋,楼梯和问题男生的镜头明显可以看到微微的抖动,但是这些细节问题和拍摄风格意外给片子很重的“纪实”味道,感觉更真实了。马修演技尚可,不算特别出彩。

故事是真不错,看了看背景资料,我倒是很想吐槽罗恩著书的中译本《优秀是教出来的》,翻译的意思跟原作的思想南辕北辙好么。罗恩克拉克55条规则的本质是让学生学会与人相处,尊重规则,培养自尊,树立自信,进而发挥自己的全部潜能。就如他在考前一周所说的一样,他在课堂上教的比书本上的东西高到不知道哪里去了。与其说是教出来,不如说是学生自己“学”出来的。再说深点可以进化到社会价值观和激励机制上,和国内“官本位”单一价值不一样,美国真的是360行,行行出状元,任何人都可以在自己的领域有所成就,就像Ron Clark自己一样。所以他所做的不过是建立好规则,鼓励和激发每个人的潜力而已。

这其实也是美国社会的逻辑,是国内很难效仿甚至是故意曲解的。好的制度也把人导向正轨,最难搞的黑萝莉最后成就最高,还有其他几个孩子其实都是。恩写到这里,加一星感情分给个5*吧。

 6 ) 我爱克拉克

学习从来不是单纯的学习,在一个班集体中,如果没有从整体上扭转班风,想要学生下功夫学习,无疑于缘木求鱼。

克拉克老师先从制定班规入手,给大家一个行为框架,要求大家在这个框架内活动。如果有逾越这个框架的行为,立马去纠正。

在就餐的过程中,有人插队,克拉克老师开始利用班规,惩戒违规的学生。

克拉克老师在面对乱糟糟的班级时,表现出了极大的克制与耐心。这也是一个老师成功的重要因素。

克拉克老师试图扭转学生的行为习惯,这个过程从来不是一帆风顺的。因为家庭塑造了孩子的性格。孩子在学校的行为习惯,是他在家庭里所做所为的翻版。

克拉克老师通过走访,得到了孩子家庭的支持,所以才有了改变这些孩子的可能。

想要扭转他们在学校里的行为,虽然老师可以居中起到很大的作用,但他们能否在老师的影响下好转,仍有很大的偶然因素。

这个偶然因素,就是老师如何与学生相处。克拉克老师的做法,为我树立了榜样。

在和这群混世魔王相处的过程中,克拉克也有身心疲惫、想放弃的一刻。他向女友述说的自己的苦恼,女友鼓励他,使他重拾信心。他回到课堂,用自虐的方式,展开课堂教学,终于打开了局面。

如果没有女友的支持,那群被上帝遗弃的孩子,可能又会沉溺在往日的一团乱麻里,无法超脱自己。

 短评

没有绝对的坏学生,他们可能只是没碰到足够好的老师!—— 继去年的《袅袅夕阳情》后,今年的教师节又来看“老师”电影《热血教师》,虽然故事的起承转合乃至最后的结局设置大多在预料之中,但小朋友们早先的可恶行为实在看得我好不舒服。……关于“坏孩子+好老师”的电影强烈推荐《放牛班的春天》…。

初看这片,跟《自由作家》很像,都是通过走进“坏孩子”的心灵,“改造”了他们,但这位老师不同的在于,他在面对“挑衅”的时候退缩过、放弃过、不知所措过。。。还好他找到了寓教于乐的方式,更因为他真的关心孩子们的生活而不仅仅是成绩而赢得了尊重,更帮孩子们找到了自尊。。。

除了俩《整X码》,早年还看过他三部片子,一个冒险一个恋爱,都已对不上号,还有一部就是这个,还是他分最高的,所以选择下它重温。作为以后要当老师的人,电影在我眼里还是只有马修,他不知道自己有多帅气,钱德真的太适合这个文质彬彬又善良可爱的角色,故事有俗套和理想化,但他让它亲民和大众化。

教学内容少了点哟亲。这类电影的套路不管怎么样都逃不出啊。垃圾班级,跟老师作对,老师做了点出乎寻常的事,不断拉近和班级的距离,不抛弃不放弃,最后同学接受了老师,取得了从未想过的成就。这里的特色是那总统rap求全曲。另,看到最后还觉得是chandler在客串当老师= =+

真人真事的改编虽然有艺术的再现,却真的让人看见教育的魅力与成功之处。we are family的概念将班上的人团结在一起,在将家庭和孩子联系起来,加之自身独特的魅力和教学方式,这样的老师真是让人羡慕(尤其是在天朝)。
